Performance Venue: Grand River Center, 500 Bell St, Dubuque, Iowa 52001
Please arrive in full costume, hair in a bun, and makeup already applied.
If you have any costume changes, please keep it simple, and please consider one costume or wearing your company attire to assist in quick changes, as there is no separate changing facility.
DROP OFF FOR ALL STUDENTS: After you enter the performance area, please send your older dancers (those with tan shoes) behind the curtained-back stage area.
Everyone should arrive 30 minutes before the recital. Pre/K students must be taken by their parents to the restroom before the show. These kiddos also sit with their parents during the show. .
Friendly Reminders: No flash photography! Please move only if necessary and only between numbers. You may use a non-flash camera or phone to take video, but only from your seat. Remember, you are barred from posting photos/videos of other children as you do not have their parents’ consent. (Some kiddos have restrictions on what can be posted about them.) Please contact Miss Dee if you desire to post and would like her to do so (then you can share accordingly). Thank you.
Each child should also have a water bottle with their name on it.
Performers with white shoes will sit with their parents until three before their number. Those with tan shoes will be back stage with me.
YOUNG CHILDREN MUST BE ON YOUR LAP OR SITTING. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RUN OR BE UP CREATING COMMOTION. If any little ones need to stretch their legs, please take them to the hallway.
Everyone is in the final number. The kiddos will not be ready for pick up after the finale. Thank you
