(Tumbling Dates will be posted by Aug 15th each season) AT THE GRAND RIVER CENTER. We need volunteers from ALL TEAMS. If you are unable to volunteer than please pay the $100 opt-out fee please. Please be aware that this is actually part of your team agreement. Meets and recitals directly affect the expense and assistance to our teams. It has come to the point where we will need to mention the necessity of committing and volunteering at events. Any assistance you can give, is vital. More specific times will be posted after 10/1 each year, when I should have schedules from other events and coordinators.

The Kids Expo will be back inside the Grand River Center this year! It will be held on Saturday October 7th from 10-2pm. We are performing on the stage at 12, arrive on site completely dressed in company attire, hair done, make-up (and eyelashes) by 11:30 am. Everyone will still have dance company this day. Thank you / PS: I WOULD LOVE IF SOMEONE WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO WORK A BOOTH FOR US FROM 10-2 PM / YOU WOULD ALSO WANT TO ALLOW FOR SET UP TIME. WE CANNOT SELL CONCESSIONS UNDER THE GRAND RIVER/FIVE FLAGS POLICIES, HOWEVER WE CAN SELL GIFT BAGS AND THEY CAN GAVE PACKAGED FOOD ITEMS IN THEM. WE NEED A COUPLE OF VOLUNTEERS TO MANAGE A TABLE AT EACH EVENT AND HAND OUT BAGS / SELL ANY EXTRAS THAT WERE NOT PRE-ORDERED PLEASE.

Workers and Volunteers please be at 5 Flags around 1:00 pm: upon arrival, __________________________ is setting up photo area and gift bag area, Mr. D is at admissions for Parent numbers, __________________________ is greeting kiddos by Mr. D‘s area and sending them with helpers to their tables.
In charge of the promenade area where the tables are, stay in there, and making sure kiddos are sitting down, and helpers are able to accomplish taking care of the kiddos. Please also make sure that helpers are talking to the kiddos at the table and that to each other. In charge of this area is ____________________ .

- Set Up : Everyone is scheduled for this.

- 1 / …. 2 trips AT TEAR DOWN: the first will be awards station and items that need to go to the storage garage. 2nd trip will be all items for the rod floor which will stay in the trailer please / ADDITIONAL HELP:

- Emcee / Pass Out Awards: We need two. One for 1st half and one for 2nd half:
- RUNNERS: These kiddos run score from judge’s to score keepers and run announcement/scheduling to awards podium and awards station.
