June 14th – Aug 5th / No class July 4-11. Ages 10 and Up. Excellent technique class for those who have had no, or very little. Training is complete with Flexibility and Acro Training. Learn the names of muscle groups, corresponding stretches, why they are needed and what is needed to help prevent injuries and discomfort. Learn technique and how to present your skills cleanly and professionally. Preferred attire is a leotard and tights, but this is not required. For summer, students do not need anything special to attend this class.
