PERFORMANCE IS SATURDAY, MAY 20, 2023 at Five Flags Theater
Workers and Volunteers please be at 5 Flags around 9:30 am: upon arrival, Kelly Hoefelmeyer is setting up photo area and gift bag area, Mr. Dee is at admissions for Parent numbers, Amy Janzen is greeting kiddos by Mr. D‘s area and sending them with helpers to their tables.
In charge of the promenade area where the tables are, stay in there, and making sure kiddos are sitting down, and helpers are able to accomplish taking care of the kiddos. Please also make sure that helpers are talking to the kiddos at the table and that to each other. In charge of this area is Amy Janzen.
